For internal IT & compliance

Your AI policy needs evidence. Here’s where it comes from.

Cyber-insurance questionnaires, client security reviews, and auditors have started asking the same question: how is AI use governed here? CircleScope turns “we have a policy” into “we monitor, we coach, and here’s the report.”

Why teams choose it

Keep the productivity. Lose the blind spot.

Answers the questionnaire

“Do you monitor employee AI usage?” becomes a yes — with branded PDF reports showing usage, incidents, and resolutions for auditors, insurers, and enterprise clients.

Coaching, not gotchas

Risky prompts become private, documented conversations — each incident arrives with an AI-written summary and a suggested next step for the manager. Behavior improves; tools stay on.

Fair to employees

Only AI-site activity is captured — no browsing history, keystrokes, or screenshots — and sensitive values are redacted on the device. We even ship the AUP disclosure kit so people are properly informed.

Your own watchlist

Add your project codenames, client names, and deal names — any prompt that mentions them escalates automatically, no matter what the AI score says.

Deployed by lunch

One PowerShell script via Intune, GPO, or your RMM sets a managed browser policy for Chrome and Edge. Devices appear in the portal within minutes. Copilot inside Microsoft 365 needs no deployment at all — one admin consent, and it’s covered on every device.

Data you control

Your retention window (7–365 days) with automatic purging — and your data is never used to train AI, never sold, never shared.

Who it’s for

People who have to show their work.

Regulated businesses

Healthcare, financial services, legal, insurance, government contractors — anyone who has to show their work to an auditor or a client.

Anyone renewing cyber coverage

“We monitor AI use and coach on it” is a real answer to a question that now shows up on applications.

Teams that lead with fairness

Managed company devices only, disclosed under your acceptable-use policy — visibility with fairness, not covert surveillance.

Security & privacy

What we look at, and what we don’t.

What CircleScope sees

  • What employees type into supported AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity
  • The name, size, and type of files uploaded to those tools
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot activity, including who used it and where — and, for users licensed for Microsoft 365 Copilot, the prompt text
  • Third-party AI apps connected to Microsoft 365 and whether they were approved
  • Other AI tools in use, identified by site name

What CircleScope doesn’t see

  • Regular web browsing, email, or other tabs
  • Keystrokes, screenshots, or passwords
  • Camera, microphone, or location
  • The contents of uploaded files
  • Copilot responses

Sensitive values protected in CircleScope

SSNs, payment card numbers, and API keys are redacted from the data CircleScope stores and displays.

Your data never trains AI

Your data is not used to train AI models, sold, or used for advertising.

Coverage stays current

As supported AI tools change, CircleScope can update coverage without redeploying the browser extension.
